Pending sales in Almaden have picked up and Inventory is slightly down. Many sellers will be taking their homes off the market as we go into the holidays so we should see some continued drop in inventory from now until the end of the year.
The market in Almaden Valley is a little slow now, but open house activity has started to pick up so this graph may change shortly.
Below is graph of Almaden Valley market for August 2010 as well as the prior 14 months. As you can see, there is not much change in activity since July However, Actives are up from a year ago at this time and Pending Sales are down.
