Almaden Valley Youth Soccer League (AVYSL) has partnered with Extreme Fitness & Sports (EFS).
Under this new partnership, EFS has graciously agreed to provide AVYSL with a combination of training services, programs, and cash donations.
During Spring and Summer, EFS will be providing Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ) training sessions for AVYSL players in the league’s new Almaden Futbol Club. Players on AVYSL Comp and Select teams will get access to a mobile version of the EFS Training System.
EFS will also be donating 10% of every dollar back to the league for each AVYSL player who signs up for an EFS program at its training center. Funds donated by EFS will be used to help maintain fields and purchase more equipment for the league.
Players who take a program at the EFS facility receive more individualized and focused training, performance testing and re-testing, and use of state-of-the-art sports training machines and equipment.
EFS training programs and services have pioneered a new generation of sports and fitness training – with thousands trained and proven results.
The EFS System has better equipped thousands of athletes for their chosen sport. The EFS System, combined with EFS Active Intervention Instruction, have been proven effective thousands of times over at enhancing an athlete’s physical performance and self-confidence. Hundreds of players who have trained at EFS have gone on to play at the collegiate and professional levels.
EFS was founded in 1996 by Chris Morton, Strength & Conditioning Expert. Chris grew up in Almaden Valley where he graduated from Castillero Middle School in 1986 and Leland High School in 1990. Chris’ son now plays in the Almaden Valley Youth Soccer League.
