2011 New Almaden Day and Jump-In Parade
The 2011 New Almaden Day and Jump-In Parade include a parade that goes through the historic mining community of New Almaden.
The celebration continues at the New Almaden Community Club following the parade. After-parade festivities include BBQ lunch, games for the kids, bake sale, raffle, and country music and dancing.

Saratoga Historical Foundation is sponsoring a presentation on the “The History of New Almaden – Once the Largest Mine in California.”
The talk is being presented by noted authors and local historians Art Boudreault and Mike Boulland, authors of the book New Almaden – Images of America.

2010 Pioneer Day & Casa Grande Re-Opening in New Almaden – UPDATED 2022
Bring the whole family for a day of fun at Pioneer Day in New Almaden. Enjoy food, games, history, and speeches from officials.
The event will also celebrate the grand re-opening of the newly renovated Casa Granda, an historical landmark built in 1854, and now home to the New Almaden Quicksilver Mining Museum. The event is free. Lunch and gifts will be available for purchase.
Pioneer Day will be at the Casa Grande in New Almaden on Saturday, November 13, 2010, from 11am to 3pm. The event is being held by the New Almaden Quicksilver County Park Association. [EVENT IS CLOSED]
