Almaden Quicksilver Park will be hosting a history tour by van on Saturday, October 27, 2012 from 9am to 1:30pm. Adults and children (6 years and older, must weigh at least 60 pounds) alike will love the opportunity to step back in time and discover the area’s rich mining history on this tour.

It’s that time of year again! The Almaden Branch Library’s wildly popular annual Fall Book Sale is back. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Almaden Library. The number of available single family homes in Almaden Valley continues to drop, from 60 last week to 58 this week. The percentage of listings that are under contract increased from 48% to 49% over the same time frame.
Almaden Valley real estate inventory saw another gradual decline this past week. This week we have 60 single family homes for sale compared to 63 last week, while the percentage of listings under contract remained virtually the same with 48% this week compared to 47% last week.
