Episcopal Church in Almaden and Congregational Church of Almaden Valley, United Church of Christ are celebrating Epiphany with a family potluck dinner and service welcoming the Three Wise Men and their camel, no less.

Bullying is not just a harmless, normal part of growing up. It can cause devastating, lifelong problems. And it’s not going away all by itself. Most bullying situations can only be turned around with adult intervention and specific social and emotional skill-building.
Mary Gray-Reeves, Bishop of the Diocese of El Camino Real, will be installing Reverend Kate Flexer as the new Rector of the Episcopal Church in Almaden. Kate will become the sixth rector in the church’s 42-year history.
Kate was selected by the church’s Vestry and approved by the Bishop in October 2010 after a nationwide search that produced numerous excellent candidates.
