Almaden Quicksilver Park Healthy Trails Five-Mile Hike

Get yourself in shape and join the staff at Almaden Quicksilver Park for a challenging Healthy Trails Hike on Sunday, November 4, 2012 from 10am to 1:30pm.

This hike will be rigorous. It will cover 5.2 miles and wind through the Deep Gulch, English Camp, Mine Hill, and Castillero Trails.

Participants will see a great deal of wildlife and relics from the mining industry that once operated from the park.

Reservations are not required, but any questions can be answered by calling (408) 355-2240. Hikers are encouraged to bring water, snacks, adequate sun protection and sturdy hiking shoes. They should meet at the Hacienda Park entrance parking lot to begin the hike.
