Multiple Offers on Almaden Valley Listings that are Priced Right
The latest monthly data is in for Almaden Valley real estate, and it demonstrates what I’ve been conveying: the number of available single family homes is dropping as predicted for the holiday season, but buyers are expressing uncharacteristic interest in the market.
The weekly numbers confirm this trend is continuing. The number of available single family homes in Almaden Valley dropped from 48 last week to 42 this week, while the percentage of listings under contract remains at 51%. Inventory hasn’t been this low in the 1.5 years that I’ve been tracking these numbers.
Buyer’s are still wanting to purchase homes, causing multiple offers on listings that are priced right. Inventory traditionally increases after the holidays, meaning sellers face more competition for buyers.
