US Soccer Coaching in Almaden Valley – Summer 2011
US Soccer Coaching is offering a multi-week Summer camp program that focuses on teaching players, ages 3-14, the fundamentals of all areas of soccer, both as individual players and as a team.
This camp has something for every player’s needs – whether the player wants to move from recreation to competitive, play for their school, develop foundational skills, or just have fun.
The camp is based on a structured program. Each week is different and age appropriate. Players are divided into small groups to keep the player-coach ratio low.
The program director for this camp is Alex Saunders, former coach at Leland High School and now Director of Coaching and Coach for De Anza College Men’s Program. Alex has an NSCAA Advanced National (B License) diploma and NSCAA Director of Coaching diploma.
Other camp coaches include local professional trainers that have played and coached in the community. The coaches have NSCAA, USSF, and/or UEFA licenses. They are managed by expert camp designers and managers with international and US licenses.
US Soccer Coaching is at Bret Harte Middle School. There are five week-long camp programs between July 11, 2011 through August 12, 2011.
Players ages 3-6 attend from 9-10:30am for $50 per week. Players ages 5-14 can attend from 9-12pm for $100 per week. Players ages 7-14 can attend from 9am-3pm for $125 per week. Sibling and multi-week discounts are available.
