Almaden Valley Real Estate Market Update – July 5, 2011

The beginning of July saw the number of available single family homes descrease from 117 last week to 115 this week, while the percentage of listings in escrow dropped from 31% to 30%. Traditional (non distressed) properties saw a slight increase, from 20% to 21%. Even though it was 4th of July weekend, my open house on Fleetwood was very busy. We got it sold early this week.
