Mission Fitness Boot Camp is a fun and energizing morning workout designed to help you reach your fitness goals fast.
You will be put through a challenging workout that delivers the ultimate in fat loss, muscle toning, strength building, and cardio training – promising incredible results.
Mission Fitness Boot Camp offers a fun, non-competitive, and supportive environment. A great way to get in shape! Sessions are run by Lindsay Barker, Exercise Physiologist.
Mission Fitness is holding three boot camps in Fall 2011:
- 4-week Boot Camp that starts on September 12, 2011
- 5-week Boot Camp that starts on October 17, 2011
- 3-week Boot Camp that starts on November 8, 2011
Mission Fitness Boot Camp is held at Leland High School, Monday through Friday, 5:30am to 6:30am. You decide on the frequency and days you want to participate. Just show up and get a great workout.
The price is $150 for the 3-week camp, $200 for the 4-week camp, and $250 for the 5-week camp. You can register online or call Lindsay at 408-309-1059.
