Almaden Valley Real Estate Market Update for May 14, 2012
The market for single family homes in Almaden Valley is a case of “same thing, different week.”
The numbers have changed only slightly; active listings dropped from 61 last week to 60 this week, and the percentage of listings under contract dropped from 46% to 45% over the same time period.
There hasn’t been much variation in these statistics since the end of March. During this same time last year we had significantly more homes for sale.
Buyers are still interested and still buying, but for whatever reasons they may have, sellers simply aren’t taking advantage of the high buyer interest.
