Sellers Take Advantage of High Home Buyer Interest and Low Inventory

This past week saw an increase in the number of single family homes on the Almaden Valley real estate market; from 59 last week to 65 this week.

The percentage of listings that are under contract dropped from 49% to 46%, but this drop is likely due to the additional homes on the market skewing that number downward a bit.

Buyers who are a bit edgy due to the lack of inventory are likely to be excited by this sudden upturn in available homes.
