Watch teens ages 12-18 perform in the 2012 Teen Talent Show finale. Performances may include singing, dancing, comedy, magic, or other special talent.
All performers are the first and second place winners of the six local branch competitions. Each individual or group contestant will perform for up to 5 minutes.

The Almaden Valley real estate inventory experienced a bit of a jump this week. The number of single family homes increased from 65 last week to 68 this week, while the number of listings under contract decreased from 47% to 45% over the same time period.

The Almaden Valley real estate market continued the upswing in listings on the market we saw starting last week. Available single family homes increased from 64 last week to 66 this week, while the percentage of total single family listings that are under contract dropped slightly again, from 48% to 46%.

This past week saw a jump in the number of homes put on the market in Almaden Valley. Last week we saw 56 single family homes offered for sale, while this week that number jumped up to 64. The percentage of listings under contract dropped slightly, from 54% to 48%.
