Almaden Valley Athletic Club is holding its annual Community Fitness Day. Everyone’s invited! This event features fitness classes, body fat and blood pressure testing, tennis drills and games, kids’ and parent-tot swim lessons, kid’s hip hop class, face painting, catered BBQ, giveaways, and more.
The Almaden Valley real estate market continues to show slow increases in the number of single family homes on the market. There are 65 active listings this week, up from 63 last week. The percentage of homes under contract remained at the 46% it was last week.
The Almaden Valley real estate market saw a slight increase in single family homes on the market. We saw 63 homes on the market this week versus 60 last week, while the percentage of listings under contract also increases slightly from 45% to 46% over the same time period.
The market for single family homes in Almaden Valley is a case of “same thing, different week.” The numbers have changed only slightly; active listings dropped from 61 last week to 60 this week, and the percentage of listings under contract dropped from 46% to 45% over the same time period.
Almaden Senior Association and Almaden Community Center Advisory Council to host a candidate forum for the six candidates running for the San Jose City Council District 10 seat. The District 10 seat is currently held by Nancy Pyle, who is termed out this year. The election takes place June 5, 2012.
