The market for single family homes in Almaden Valley is a case of “same thing, different week.” The numbers have changed only slightly; active listings dropped from 61 last week to 60 this week, and the percentage of listings under contract dropped from 46% to 45% over the same time period.
Almaden Senior Association and Almaden Community Center Advisory Council to host a candidate forum for the six candidates running for the San Jose City Council District 10 seat. The District 10 seat is currently held by Nancy Pyle, who is termed out this year. The election takes place June 5, 2012.
