1st Annual / 2011 Grande-Licious Family Festival in New Almaden
Join your friends and neighbors for the 1st Annual / 2011 Grande-Licious Family Festival in New Almaden. Grande-Licious offers entertainment and fun for the whole family.
The festival will feature an MC and DJ, dance and cheer performances, live bands, dancing, kid’s games and activities, food and beverages, arts and crafts, home and garden vendors, and much more.
The event will also feature the first ever Almaden Idol competition! You can enter the competition online at 95120 Almaden Lifestyle Magazine. Entry fee is $50 per person.

The New Almaden Quicksilver Mining Museum will also be open for your enjoyment. Learn about Almaden’s rich and interesting history. A percentage of the festival proceeds will benefit the New Almaden Quicksilver Mining Museum.
The event is at Casa Grande in New Almaden on Sunday, August 21, 2011 from 10am-5pm. Bring your picnic blanket and chairs. Free parking is available.
Volunteers and Sponsors are needed! Three sponsorship levels are available to businesses and organizations: Miner is $500, QuickSilver is $1,000, and Grande is $3,000. You can also purchase a booth or table space for $250.
