Mission Fitness Boot Camp in Almaden Valley – UPDATED 2022

Mission Fitness Boot CampImprove your muscle tone, body strength, and cardiovascular health with Mission Fitness Boot Camp for women. Sessions are run by Lindsay Barker, Exercise Physiologist. The following 4-week sessions are available in Spring and early Summer 2010:

  • March 15 – April 9, 2010
  • April 19 – May 14, 2010
  • May 24 – June 18, 2010
  • June 28 – July 24, 2010

Each 4-week session includes 20 workouts for one low price of $200. Camp is held at Leland High School, Monday through Friday, 5:30am to 6:30am. [EVENT IS CLOSED]

    Just want to say that I have been training with Lindsay since last June. He is the best!!! I am in the best shape of my life. Michelle Obama called — she wants my arms!!!

    If you live in Almaden and you are looking for a fantastic workout then Mission Fitness bootcamp is just what you are looking for. I have been doing Lindsay’s bootcamp for nearly a year now and it is the best exercise program I have ever done (and stuck with). I am still challenged every morning and have lost weight, gotten so much stronger and am happy to wear my bathing suit now! (and I’m 41!) I encourage anyone looking for a new exercise program to come join us because the more the merrier – you wont be sorry!

    I have been going to Lindsay’s boot camp since September and never thought I would still be going regularly. It’s highly addictive. I started totally out of shape due to an old injury, and am getting in better and better shape each month. It’s hard to wake up at 5am – but as soon as I start the workout, I feel wonderful. I never regret showing up.

    I have lost a lot of weight and inches, feel stronger, and Lindsay makes it so you keep challenging yourself. It’s so convenient – at Leland High school – and I get the workout done before anyone in my house is awake so it doesn’t affect them at all. Try it – you’ll love it.
