East Bay Vivarium’s Traveling Reptile Program Coming to Almaden Valley – UPDATED 2022
East Bay Vivarium Traveling Reptile Program features between 20 and 30 reptiles, amphibians, and arachnids.
The program typically brings along an assortment of creepies, crawlies, and critters, including tarantulas, frogs, lizards, turtles, spiders, scorpions, and snakes. The program is very exciting and perfectly safe. Children will also learn a little natural history, animal husbandry, and safety.
Reptiles and other small exotics are gaining in popularity. These animals are quiet, hypoallergenic, and able to live comfortably in small places. They invite you into their world and their way of living, offering you a glimpse into an alien landscape. These creatures are the essence of fascination.
The visit from East Bay Vivarium’s Traveling Reptile Program is being made possible through the generous contributions of the Friends of the Almaden Branch Library. The event is at the Almaden Branch Library on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 from 3:30-4:30pm. [EVENT IS CLOSED]
